Marvel hinted that Deadpool was actually some guy named "Jack" who stole the identity of the real Wade Wilson or the clone of the real Wade Wilson. The guy claiming to be the real Wade Wilson is a T-Ray a wizard that dresses like a KISS fanboy.
Spider-man's clone brother is a vast improvement over T-Ray. Heck, what would be even better would be if Deadpool were the original Peter Parker and Spider-Man is the clone.
